We focus on engagement, voice, participation, and partnerships that foster a more democratic society that will benefit all people. Founded by internationally-recognized community engagement thought leader Adam Fletcher, CommonAction Consulting is a socially-oriented private company that includes several consultants.

Highlights:

Education - Working with individual K-12 schools, urban and rural districts, state education agencies, and education-oriented education organizations, CommonAction Consulting supports education in a variety of ways. Meaningful Student Involvement, Child-Friendly Schools, and Student Leadership are among our expertise.

Community Engagement - Nonprofit organizations, community groups, and city/county/state government agencies work with CommonAction to take action focused on Youth Voice, Service Learning, Authentic Youth Engagement, and Child-Friendly Communities. 

Games for Social Change - We facilitate high-energy, upbeat, focused activity sessions using cooperative games that are facilitated to increase awareness, build skills, develop teamwork, and foster creativity.
