What's happening at your school? A snapshot evaluation

This survey can be taken anonymously by students, teachers, staff, parents, and school administrators. It provides information to better understand what is happening in your school.

Suggestions for use:

• Build a diverse team of administrators, teachers, students, and parents to lead the dissemination, analysis, and presentation of the survey to the broad school community.
• The more engagement with a cross-section of the school, the more likely it is that the survey results will be listened to and school changes initiated as a result.
• Present the results to the school board, administration, teachers, students, parents, and community members.
